CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us at Balgownie Beauty. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, and appointments need to be cancelled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours prior notice.
OUR POLICY:
24 hours notice required
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior will result in a cancellation fee.
25% Cancellation fee
The amount of the cancellation fee will be equal to 25% of the reserved service amount.
Credit Card deposits
We require a credit card to hold your
appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
Running late
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
No SHows
If we do not hear from you 15 minutes (or more) into your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a ‘no-show’, and the cancellation fee will be charged.
Emergency's
In the event of a true, unavoidable
emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
Group bookings
Group bookings of four (4) or more people require 72 hours (3 days) prior notice to modify, reschedule, or cancel an appointment. For each guest that fails to show without the required notice, 25% of the reserved service amount will be charged to the card used to make the appointment.
Pre-paid plans & services
Pre-paid skin care plans or pre-paid laser services will not incur a 25% deposit to book. However, if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior, a $20 cancellation fee will be charged. If the appointment slot can be filled by another client, this fee may be waived.
Grace period
We allow one (1) grace appointment per year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.
